Student Reports

From time  to time you need to run a report in PowerSchool that you just don't do everyday.  Here is a list 

Duplicate Period Enrollments

From the start page:

1. Choose PSCB Reports (Requires PSCB Custom Reports Scheduling Bundle)

2. Scheduling (Current Year)

3. Student Schedule Conflict

This will give you an exportable list of students and duplicate enrollments for each period with one or more enrollment records.  You can export it as a CSV file and sort it further as needed.

Attendance Summary by Grade

This report will give you a breakdown of attendance percentages for each grade level within a date range.  It includes changes in enrollment, days attended and days absent, ADA% along with a few other items.  This report must be run at the school level.

To run the report from the start screen select System Reports from the left navigation menu.

Choose Attendance Summary by Grade in the Attendance section of the System tab.
